Los Angeles marked Metropolitan Fashion Week’s 15th anniversary with an evening of runway fashion, creative talent and community at the Original Farmers Market.

Fashion took center stage on Thursday, October 1, as Metropolitan Fashion Week celebrated its 15th anniversary in Los Angeles. The event brought models, designers, media and fashion enthusiasts together at the Original Farmers Market, located at 6333 West 3rd Street.

The public runway event offered a lively setting to celebrate fashion and the people who bring it to life. Throughout the evening, the energy of the models, the creativity of the designers and the presence of media made for a memorable gathering. The anniversary was a fitting occasion to recognize Metropolitan Fashion Week’s place in Los Angeles’ fashion community.

A special highlight for our team was seeing Model Granny take the runway in a designer gown by Marvin, paired with jewelry by Samira’s Gem Creations. The look brought together Marvin’s gown design and the distinctive finishing touch of Samira’s jewelry. Model Granny wore the ensemble with confidence and presence, reminding everyone that personal style can shine at every age.

For Samira’s Network, it was a joy to be part of an evening that celebrated individuality, artistry and fashion. Seeing the jewelry featured on the runway alongside Marvin’s design made the occasion especially meaningful. The night also offered the pleasure of connecting with the many models, designers, media representatives and guests who came together for the celebration.

With its recognizable Farmers Market setting and an open invitation to the public, the event brought runway fashion into the heart of Los Angeles. It was an evening filled with creativity and memorable style—and a wonderful way to celebrate 15 years of Metropolitan Fashion Week.
